This two-day course is the Official SQF Course for Implementing SQF Systems, Edition 9. It provides instruction, examples, exercises, and tools necessary for successfully implementing an SQF System. It is one step in the qualification process for SQF Practitioners and an excellent choice for all food safety team members.

The class ends with a practice exam to ensure you are prepared for the online Practitioner exam. You will receive a certificate of completion for the course.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Anyone who is preparing to meet the SQF Practitioner requirements as defined in the SQF Code or wants a detailed knowledge base for the successful implementation and maintenance of SQF Systems.

Location: Live Virtual Training

Requirements for virtual class: Participants must have technical capability for camera and audio connections plus email correspondence for workshop assignments. Camera must show each participant in view during all training presentations.

COST
The class rate is $765.00 and includes training material.

Please note: Class participation is valid only for the person registered for the class. No other participants are permitted to attend the course without a paid registration. Persons who register less than 2 weeks prior to the class are not guaranteed hard copy materials on time for class.

Training is provided by HACCP Consulting Group (HCG). Instructors are Cathy Crawford and Sierra Deuber. Class may be held “open” until 5 calendar days prior to start of class. Persons who register less than 1 week prior to class are not guaranteed hard copy materials on time for class. For ‘late’ registrants, electronic materials will be provided as needed and hard copy sent only if requested. HCG will email course login details about a week prior to the course start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation fee is $50 plus costs of any books or materials that were shipped on client’s behalf
• If EAGLE or HCG cancels the class, all funds will be returned to clients.
• If client wishes to transfer to another course, it must be within 6 months.
