about Skip

Skip brings more than 35 years of ownership, leadership and business management experience to EAGLE. He led the first meat manufacturer in the United States to ISO 9002 certification in 1996. Skip embraces ISO as a management tool and shares his knowledge through speaking engagements and serving on industry-related committees and boards. He holds an M.S. from Purdue University in Industrial Administration and a B.S. from Westminster College in Business Administration.

ABOUT BRYANT

In 2007, Bryant joined EAGLE and has worked in several capacities gaining a well-grounded understanding of the industries we serve and our services. For four years, as ISO 9001 certification manager, Bryant managed the entire certification process for EAGLE clients and auditors. In 2014, he became a member of EAGLE’s management team directing the functions of marketing, event management and activities of the business development team.  Bryant’s role changed in 2018 to focus on the businesses finances and he is now the Chief Analytics & Risk Officer.

ABOUT Chris

Chris offers 30+ years of experience as an accredited auditor and trainer. He provides technical leadership and oversight management in the planning, scheduling, auditing and administration of EAGLE’s certification process. He has over 15 years of experience as a Senior Electronics Engineer with DSCC/DESC. Chris holds a B.S. from the University of Dayton in Electronics Engineering and is a certified lead assessor.

ABOUT ROGER

Roger has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of quality assurance, compliance, food safety and food processing manufacturing. He is a certified trainer for ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000, and a trainer for the SQF Auditor course. Roger has conducted over 200 GFSI food safety audits. He helped develop the food safety programs for EAGLE. Roger holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University in Agriculture.

About Jessica

Jessica began her career with EAGLE in 2004 with several years of experience in the manufacturing, service and the agriculture industry. She has served in many roles and departments within EAGLE, including auditor for ISO 14001. Her wide view and experience helps bring a holistic approach to our strategies and processes. In her role as Chief Program Officer, Jessica is responsible for investigation and implementation of new programs and products. Jessica holds a B.S. in Environmental Science & Geology from the University of Dayton and an A.A.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her son Wiley, traveling, tending to her plants and learning new things.

ABOUT Kelly

Kelly joined EAGLE in 2007 with 13 years of customer service, project management and manufacturing experience. Kelly is heavily involved with Oversight activities to maintain EAGLE’s accreditations. She is the main contact for all internal, witness and oversight body audits.

ABOUT Colin

Colin joined EAGLE in 2019 as a Managing Director to support EAGLE’s International growth.  He is an experienced professional with 20+ years in the food industry working for Nestlé. Colin has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computing & Business Analytics from The University of Huddersfield, with specialization in Quality Control, Quality Management Systems and Business Process Management.  He also has program completion certificates from Wageningen University & Research for Food Safety Management and from London Business School for an Executive Leadership Program.

ABOUT lindsey

Lindsey joined EAGLE in 2010. She champions EAGLE’s food safety management systems programs such as SQF, GLOBALG.A.P. and BRCGS.  Her responsibilities also include managing the process of adding new food safety standards.  Ms. Stafford holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development from Wright State University. She has successfully completed lead auditor training for SQF, FSSC, GLOBALG.A.P., the BRCGS Gluten-Free Certification Program and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training.

Chuck joined EAGLE as the Director of Business Development in 2023 and brings over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification Industry. Chuck has served on many industry-related committees and boards and has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo.

Janet joined EAGLE in 2024. April joined EAGLE in 2016 with 12 years of customer service and management experience. She holds a degree in Liberal Arts and Science from Sinclair Community College. April has served EAGLE’s AS 9100 clients in her time here and now champions the AS 9100 and ISO 9001 programs. She continues to grow in her knowledge of other 17021 standards to support our client services team.

Matt joined EAGLE in 2013 as the database administrator. Throughout the years, he has expanded his role to IT Manager and currently oversees all aspects of technology for the organization, including leveraging business intelligence to streamline processes and deliver key metrics that contribute to informed decision-making. He has over 10 years of hands-on industry experience and holds degrees in Network Engineering and Secure Systems Administration, as well as certifications for Network+ and Security+.
